Diddy’s Thanksgiving Plans: House Arrest or Jail Time?

 

Thanksgiving may not be the celebration Diddy envisioned this year, as the music mogul’s holiday plans hinge on a federal judge’s decision.

He’s currently awaiting a ruling on his fourth bail request after three previous denials. Offering his Miami Beach mansion as collateral and agreeing to house arrest with 24/7 security, Diddy is eager to swap his jail cell for a New York City apartment.

However, judges have consistently viewed him as a threat to the community, leaving his release uncertain. If his bail request is denied, Diddy will spend Thanksgiving at the Metropolitan Detention Center, where the holiday menu is far from luxurious.

Breakfast includes fruit, cereal, and skim milk. Lunch offers a turkey roast, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, and a slice of pie. Dinner, though, is as simple as it gets: a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with chips and a fruit drink.

If released, Diddy could enjoy a far more elegant Thanksgiving feast in the comfort of a private apartment. For now, it’s a waiting game to see where he’ll spend the holiday.
